Well,with Ginsburg not about to retire-he needs to try what FDR did in the 30s-try to get Congress to increase the size of the court from nine judges to about twelve and then he can pack the court with his kind of judges.But even if he could get away with that-which,of course,FDR could not-a soon to be Republican Senate would not allow his kind of judges to get on the bench.So all obama is doing here is putting pressure on Ginsburg.
