I always love the argument that granting a group of people access to basic civil and human rights threatens the rights of "rights" of other people to discriminate against them.

Who thinks that's a sane argument?

Sorry, they don't get to "warn" anymore. We've had gay marriage in various states and countries for 10 years or more. There have been only positive results.

That isn't what they will be hearing.

They've asked for arguments on specific aspects of Law as pertaining to the two Cases.

Also, it is NOT an issue of "Equal rights based on sexual orientation".

Rather, it IS an issue of whether or not sexual orientation is sufficient to deny Equal Rights and Equal Treatment and Access.

See the difference?
