Will Indiana's Supreme Court toss voucher program?

Full story: The Washington Post

The Indiana Supreme Court may well surprise supporters of the state school voucher program that has been challenged on constitutional grounds, at least if the oral arguments in the case are truly suggestive.

Who cares? It's a State court not the USSC which is where this will end up and it will ensure things will be as voters have sent message TWICE now with landslide victories for President Obama. In fact, the USSC is now terrified of him because it is a right wing court with one guy almost 100 and he can appoint up to FOUR new Justices in the next four years tipping the balance either just left of center or far far to the left so I am sure they will deal with him with great care lol and do as he asks.

After all, the younger right wing nuts in the USSC don't want that court to have 44 year old far far liberals takeover do they?

No, voters have spoken regardless of what Indiana or any other single State says or courts of a State has to say. Done deal.
