Yes indeed the one the democRats wanted the most was the one they lost by an 8-0 vote. Of course the court implied the ruling was open for challenge...probably to insure against abuse which was perhaps the deal made to accommodate those on the left end of the court. Nonetheless, with an 8-0 that means you better have a case higher than your ice cream melted just because you were pulled over by a cop.
Today's ruling may be a sign of a similar path for obamacare and the mandate could be shot down and other parts remain but who knows other than those at the top, high above the fray?

President Barack Obama said he was pleased that the court struck down the three provisions and said the decision "makes unmistakably clear…that Congress must act on comprehensive immigration reform." He called on Arizona not to enforce the surviving provision "in a manner that undermines the civil rights of Americans."

Then there is no way they can undermine the civil rights of Americans in this because illegal aliens are not "Americans." They are criminal foreign nationals.

President Obama doesn't seem to know the difference between the civil rights of Americans and illegal aliens. He just wants the vote from Hispanics who may have relatives here illegally. He could care less what goes on at the border, who is murdered, who is robbed, who is raped, who is a victim of some person who is here illegally. This President is required by law to protect this country, enforce the laws on the books and up hold the Constitution, nor of which he cares to do on his watch.
