lets see, congress makes the laws then spends the next 30 years DOING EVERYTHING ELSE BUT,the states have a limited role, which . means THEIR USELESS for anything but taxes, and so it all seems to come down to , the feds write meaningless laws, the states cant inforce, and it takes the supremes to tell us"50 STATES ARE NO MORE THAN A RIGHTIOUS INDIGNATOR CONTROLLED BY A WRONGLESS MANIPULATOR,who both oversee NOTHING right or wrong . and the finger in the wind or a hanging chad really control all of appears GEORGE WASHINGTON and all the barneys in dc.have nothing in common.

health care reform should be called HEALTHFARE REFORM.LBJ in the 60s handed it out for free and its been STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR 45 YEARS,to pawn costs into every crevase it will fit into.and now the dawn of NEW LAWS ,NEW PROCEDURES, NEW CREVASES ,because most 50 states are an inch away from death by mahem, and many counties are taking the gas pipe.the days of wine and roses are gone....THE TAX SQUEEZE IS ON.
