"The Fascist conception of the State is all embracing; outside of it no humane or spiritual values can exist, much less have value. Thus understood, Fascism is totalitarian, and the Fascist State--a synthesis and unit inclusive of all values--interprets, develops and potentiates the whole life of the people."

What Obama DOES NOT understand is that Fascism is UN-Constitutional.

I am sure the supremes feel absolutely no pressure, that's the nature of their position in the court as it was designed to keep petty dictators at check. Most of them have served through countless prez terms and know the clown is on his way out. Pressure, No, comic relief and laughing behind their robes at this clowns antics, yes.

lying. This was a law passed by both houses of congress after months of deliberation and signed by the president. No dictators involved. On the other hand, he certanly has a right to criticize Roberts, Alito and Scalia for repeating partisan rhetoric and and considering the legislating from the bench by throwing out the whole law that is partially in effect and benefiting millions if they interpret one part incorrectly.

The "law" may have been passed by congress and signed by the usurper but it is the ASSIGNED DUTY of the Supreme Court to determine if the law is CONSTITUTIONAL. Obama and congress do not rule this nation, we the people and the Constitution do. Never forget that! If a law violates the constitutional rights of even one individual, it must be struck down. All I can say, as I watch illegal aliens get free health care that is better than I can afford to buy, is when do I get to be one of those millions this "law" benefits? I mean I'm just a natural born American citizen who has been gainfully employed all of my adult life, have served my country in combat, and paid into the system more than most. When do I and others like me get some consideration?

does "usurper" mean in this context? what are you saying?

The jury is out on whether a portion of the law is considered unconstitutional. Among those in the know, it really is about 75/25 that it is constitutional, but we have a politicized bunch deciding the question including the silent justice whose family income benefits from his wife's lobbying efforts on its overthrow. Certainly if these guys decide to come in an find the one part unconstitutional, any attempt to throw out the baby with the bathwater IS overstepping their role.

Please don't drag the undocumented into this discussion and perpetuate those myths. Government subsidized insurance coverage for vets certainly exceeds indigent care, and you know it. The mandate is all about everyone paying something. Personal responsibility - working within the existing insurance system.
