What the rep now need to do is get organized.. oh wait that would mean a union.. Not popular these days.. Unless suddenly fighting for rights as workers suddenly sounds like a good idea. Otherwise suck it up cupcakes. Your bosses are now going to work you all the harder.

Got the same toilet paper I do.

They are allowing both Marshall law and the United NATIONS in the form of administrative law BLUE flag processes to erase their own voices.

Correct decision reinstates an older decision and it's a reversal of the lord marshal b. h. obama administration...

"Under the 1938 Fair Labor Standards Act, the Department of Labor is responsible for deciding what kind of workers are included in the “outside salesmen” categories. Until 2009, the department deemed drug representatives to be included in the classification."

"But in a series of lawsuits filed across the country by the workers against their employers, the Obama administration changed its position, and said the drug company workers were not salesmen because they did not actually sell the medications."

Very touchy subject and should be determined more by the department they accommodate more time with. For example salesmen, sales engineers work more in the marketing or sales arena and application engineers or a technical drug specialist would work in the design or manufacture arena. Both spend time with companies and clients but more so the salesperson. If the product is off the shelve it would be more salesperson and a custom design would require the specialist e.g. private labeling drug or or working on a new product development.

The issue these days is about not paying salesmen hefty commissions. So what they did was give them a salary instead and call them something else. Now you are saying you don't want to pay them over time, simply bs.

Good to see the Supreme Court focusing on financial hard times...what about CEO's extreme pay situation. Do you all get enough sleep, its very important in making tough decisions.

Pontifications of ruinations platitudes of pompous persuasions have YET to find your Moral compass not adulterated in 'modern' times.

Is it the Supreme court which swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America?

Or merely and empty shell of its formal self so set to serve masters of Administrative law?
