Here is a line of inquiry that I'm concerned about and one which Obama totally ignored when asked point blank about it by a participant in the Town-Hall Debate; concerning Who in the State Department rejected requests for additional security??

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-22154...

Nordstrom, the former security official in Libya, addressed the diplomatic security issue in an October 1 email to a congressional investigator.

He said his requests for more security were BLOCKED by a department policy to 'normalise operations and reduce security resources'.

In that interview, Nordstrom said he sent TWO CABLES to State Department headquarters in March 2012 and July 2012 requesting additional diplomatic security agents for Benghazi, but he received no responses.

He stated that Charlene Lamb, the deputy assistant secretary for international programs, wanted to keep the number of U.S. security personnel in Benghazi artificially low.

He said Lamb believed the Benghazi facilities did not need any diplomatic security special agents because there was a residential safe haven to fall back to in an emergency.

http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/10/...

A cable signed by Stevens on the day of his murder, September 11, described a meeting with the Acting Principal Officer of the Supreme Security Council in Benghazi, commander Fawzi Younis, who “expressed growing frustration with police and security forces (who were too weak to keep the country secure)…”

Issa and Chaffetz say they’ve “been told repeatedly” that the Obama administration not only “repeatedly reject(ed) requests for increased security despite escalating violence, but it also systematically decreased existing security to dangerous and ineffective levels,” and did so “to effectuate a policy of ‘normalization’ in Libya after the conclusion of its civil war.”
------
I'm willing to wait for more evidence BUT I would bet even you would have granted requests for more security with the little that is known about Benghazi.

The request were numerous, pleading and overt and that = CRIMINAL
NEGLIGENCE at the very least.

Please, it was Obama who surpressed the Military vote.

I guess you can die or be maimed for you country but don't bother voting because the Bankers Tommy needs to win.

It now appears that all that talk about the military at the democratic national convention was pure subterfuge.

From the gitgo Obama planned to surpress the overseas military vote by totally ignoring a law passed by Congress in 2009.

"Obama To Soldiers Overseas: No Voting For You!"

http://news.investors.com/ibd-editorials/0907...

"One of the key provisions required each military branch to create an installation voting assistance office (IVAO) for every military base outside an immediate combat zone."

"Last week, however, the Pentagon's inspector general reported that attempts to locate and contact IVAO offices at overseas military installations failed about half the time."

"'Results were clear. Our attempts to contact IVAOs failed about 50% of the time,' the inspector general reported."
----------
Just when one thinks that the power mad Obama Administration CANNOT sink any lower, they do. The RESULTS of Obama's blocking soldiers voting is as follows:

http://mvpproject.org/in-the-news/va-military...

"Compiling data from Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, Illinois, Ohio, Alaska, Colorado and Nevada, Eversole’s organization found that military families have requested 55,510 absentee ballots so far this year. That’s a sharp decline from the 166,252 sought in those states in 2008."

There was something about Romney that scared the h-ll out of me.
When someone has as much money as he does and spends as much money as he did and spends almost ten years tying to get control of the U.S., it's scary.

I think he is a control freak and would try to become a dictator.
His wife is even worse.

The whole family is nothing but a bunch of spoiled brats and don't have a clue what it's like to live from pay check to pay check and he made it clear that he didn't give a rat's a$$ for anyone except the very rich.

I have converted to a Democrat, I'm to poor to be a Republican.

That's the thing with Etchy - the guy had been running for POTUS for 10 years - 10 freakin' years - and he gets LESS votes than old man McBush did. And McBush was saddled with the Palin idiot.

They will be kooks from every state, you could also say residents from all 50 states expressed interest in dissolving their relationship with the US and each and every state would have people saying let them go or it's illegal.
Unless there is large movement, and there might be in more of the Red States, Texas, Miss, Alabama, ArkansasLouisiana and Georgia for instance, with the exception of only Texas, you would immediately have a very poor nation who takes more from our federal government than it gives.
The States that contribute the most to the Federal Gov't? Blue States.

Actually I have no problem if this happened as it would be all red states, which are the biggest drain on the economy, have the most restrictions on a woman's right to choose, are the least educated, have the least amount of innovation, and have the highest divorce rates.

So you could all from a new poor nation.
