People who are bipartisan, don't talk over the other speaker and interrupt when it's not their turn. This guy is more like a bratty rich kid who takes credit for passing a health care law that was written by democrats!.... Look into the facts!... He actually vetoed the law and the democrats in his legislature had to overrode his veto!-
