This policital/religious organization is totally corrupt and has its fingers in everything for its own gain of power and wealth and it will say and do anything to maintain that power and keep the wealth rolling in.

"He prayed with them and assured them that the Catholic Church is continuing to implement effective measures designed to safeguard young people, and that it is doing all in its power to investigate allegations, to collaborate with civil authorities and to bring to justice clergy and religious (brothers) accused of these egregious crimes"
First thing they need to do is STOP continuing to implement those "effective measures"...they're not even effective in aiding and abetting the criminals anymore. Sell off the Vatican treasures to pay restitution to the innumerable victims, and give anything that's left over to well-established poverty reduction organizations. That would truly show remorse.

I'm not holding my breath.

The Pope’s apologizing to the Christian hater liberal Elites media of the NY Times and BBC that represent the Islamic Imams and Islamic terrorist organizations in Britain is humiliating.
The hypocrite liberal and Jihadist Islamic sympathizer New York Times is attacking the Pope as the leader of Christianity about gays in the church while the same liberal Elite liberal media support gay marriage. The deceitful Islamic and liberal Brits that use the Shariya laws in their parliament blamed the Pope as the leader of gays that "engage in gay parties" in the church. This is the new coordinated line of attack on the Christians by Muslim sympathizers that rule the liberal media in England and US. The hypocrite socialistic and Islamic Jihadist sympathizer liberal media led by the BBC and NY Times are joining shoulder to shoulder with the British Imams and their Islamic Shariya laws. It is time for the Pope to stand up for the Christians rather than confess to the liberal socialists NY Times about gays when the liberals are pushing the gays to US military and fight for homosexuals to marry as "husband and wife". It is time for the Pope to stop apologizing to the brutal Islamic regimes like Iran and Pakistan and stand up for the Christians that are persecuted by the brutal Shariya laws Islamic regimes of the Middle East. It is time for the Pope to stand up for the Christians that their churches are set on fire and their Christian bibles are burned and desecrated in radical islamic regimes o the Middle east and Africa. The Pope's appeasement of the brutal Islamic terrorists under the rogue Iranian and Pakistani regimes and his silence about their attacks on Christians and Jews only brought more pain and suffering to tens of millions of innocent Christians around the world that fall victims to the barbaric Islamic Shariya laws of the 7th Century Saudi nomad tribes that abuses women and denying their human rights like they were slaves.

Babylon, the Leopard-like Beast

Who or What is the ‘wounded head’(just one of the seven heads) of this Leopard-like Beast of Revelaton 13?

“And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was astonished and followed the beast.”(Revelation 13:1-3)

The Church is in it for the money. What kind of person deludes himself into believing such tripe? Being the most charitable organization in the world seems like an odd way to pursue "power and wealth."

It has power beyond this earth. That is the power you really want to extinguish but never will. The Church on earth will always experience corruption for it has its human element. The Church and its mission will always continue to rise above such things. Where is there not corruption on this earth? The Roman Catholic Church is the last hope of man and it will deliver mankind from the evils of every age.

What is your real problem? You know what it is. Start from there.

What is your point? Did the Pope come out of the sea? I suppose you have no concerns about Islamic Extremists...it is only the Roman Catholic Church which you attack with such mindless blather.
Ignorance of the Church is the anti-christ. You are helping in that cause.

The victims are not "inumerable"...and the last I checked they are (unfortunately) being paid hundreds of millions of dollars. As if that brings real healing. Bishops are liquidating properties around the world, partly due to this scandal. This also prevents the Church from doing even more for the poorest of the poor. The Church is the largest distributor of aid to the poor in the world. If you don't find the apologies authentic and do not want to forgive...that is your right.

There is no need mislead and spread such lies as yours, however.

Maybe people just need to stop feeding the Cult of the Child Rapists and put their money into organizations that don't nurture, hide and promote pedophiles and their pimps.
