BP IS THE ONLY WINNER BECAUSE AFTER PAYING OUT A $MILLION$ DOLLAR BRIBE TO odumba, THEY WILL GET A SLAP ON THE WRIST & ONLY PAY 4-5 BILLION IN WHAT WILL BE A HALF TRILLION DOLLAR LOSS FOR HARD WORKING AMERICANS!
