Gulf oil spill jitters: a false fish kill alarm

"Low Oxygen levels" > Yokay, I'll bite, was it POTUS DUBYA = GW, or did the DEAD FISHIES pig out on TOO MANY TASTY-BUT-GASSY BURRITOS [Hugo, I'm looking at you]???
