So when people do not get paid it won't be BP to blame, it will be the Obama administration. Of course though Obama will blame someone else. That is SOP for him, the Democrats, and his administration.

Clearly, the liberal Elite lawyer Kenneth Feinberg is getting instructions from the Obama communist dictator regime that defines who will be paid and who will not. Justice by the Obama regime is not absolute justice but it depends on what will push forward the Obama new world order revolution of the socialistic world under his dictatorship. In addition, being a liberal union member or poor, minority or woman will boost your chances to get the gracious Obama support. Liberal Elite lawyer Kenneth Weinberg vowed to go by the “social justice principles” of Obama and using the power of America’s money to re-distribute the money of the American people to Obama’s revolution supporters and to push forward the Obama anti-American self destruction agenda.

News that Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano’s office allowed political appointees to review hundreds of public records requests is shameful. Political considerations have no place in the government’s compliance with the Freedom of Information Act.

Of all people, Napolitano, a lawyer, former U.S. attorney, Arizona attorney general and governor, should know that.

An Associated Press investigation found that requests for information and documents that were flagged as being politically sensitive – not sensitive for national security reasons, but politically sensitive – were scrutinized by eight appointees for “awareness purposes.”

It's only "his call" as long as his "judgments" go along with with the globalist federal government and the bankster oligarchy that controls it.

First chosen under the Mad Dog Bush Regime, as head-mediator (or controller/screwer) of the 911 victims and responders. Later as facilitator of the TARP rip-off handovers to Wall Street interests (in the regime transition period).

Finally, the "go to guy" (because of his established screw-bastard expertise), now by the Obama Regime--to handle the miserly BP compensation dole outs.

His "calls" indeed.
