LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla.--June 22, 2012-- Does a fork or dinner knife pose an unacceptable danger to President Barack Obama?
-
One wouldn't think so, given the hundreds of lunches and dinners he's attended ranging from state dinners to political fundraisers to run-of-the-mill greasy spoon stops on obama's sold out rubber-chicken circuit...
-
However, at one such obama lunch Friday afternoon near Orlando, guests heard an unusual announcement that they needed to hand over their silverware for security reasons.

Fatcat Teddy K pushed it and Reagan was too trusting of the left...The promise to secure the border and employers facing strict penalties for hiring illegals never happened. Establishing the 5-year residency requirement opened up the big business of fraud. Fraudulent documents, rent receipts, food receipts, anything needed was for sale on the streets… document vendors were and still are all over the place. Truth be told, I bet he regretted ever falling for fat Teddy's plan which was a failure from the moment it was signed into law.

Excellent point, however tactlessly stated, Reagan already tried the "Dream Act", "Amnesty" thing back in 1986 I believe - and look where that got us ~

We went from having a problem with Thousands of illegal aliens, to having a problem with Millions of illegal aliens, presumably as a direct result of trying to help out those poor unfortunates<sarcasm>.

If nothing else that should be something for people to think about when considering any type of 'immigration reform' such as the type President Obama has implemented. Even if we tend to ignore the claims that it is illegal, unconstitutional and using President Obama’s own words “inappropriate”, the last time a measure of this nature was enacted the problems with illegal aliens became many times worse – not better.

More than anything else to me that would indicate that implementing any kind of ‘shortcut’ when it comes to dealing with illegal aliens in the U.S. could very well compound the problem beyond any possible of alleviation it seeks to promote.

Thanks for reminding everyone Swede ~

Indeed, the President has wisely used Romney's crazy statements about grandparents 'walking back across the border' in the primary against him-

Romenii has all but lost every hispanic group, even the South Florida Cuban community is saying that he's a 'shifty' candidate-that's a terrible knock on him as a business man or politician-the Mayoral support in the swing states will be huge in this one

and if the mandate is overturned, the Prez will lose a point or 2 national imo, if the court says there is room for negotiation he will gain that back by November

Romney's Mass. State Mandate was the model for the National plan so he will look retarded if he goes after it too much-even if he says he 'borrowed it' from Newt Gingrich
