9-year-old gives birth in Mexico, father sought

Feb. 7, 2013 - Authorities say a nine-year-old girl has given birth in western Mexico and they are looking for the purported father, a 17-year-old. A local health official says he believes the girl may be the victim of abuse.

If ANYONE touched her, they would be in big trouble! Pray that she is a victim, and this young man is found! Poor baby girl, my heart goes out to her & her family. May God Bless this family!
