Authorities: At least 17 killed in prison break attempt in northern Mexico

Mexico is so damn corrupt that you never know if those in prison are actually guilty or their crime was not paying off police and city officials.

Some of the police are worse than any criminal so what has happened over DECADES is that much of the population no longer supports the police and rightfully so.

Grotesque waste of USA tax money that we are pouring in that politically corrupt abyss .

Not a penny of USA money should ever be wasted in ANY part of Latin America.
