"The outrageous dishonesty that has become a hallmark of the Obama administration best illustrates the utter contempt Obama has for the American people. He heaps scorn on the American people and then heaps some more.
The bald-facee lies of Ambassador Susan Rice on the Sunday News shows was profound. In the face of all that we know (and there is much more to come), Rice spit in our face and said it was raining. "'Face the Nation' transcripts, September 16, 2012: Libyan Pres. Magariaf, Amb. Rice and Sen. McCain"
The assassination of a US Ambassador and his staff on September 11th had all the hallmarks of anorganized, well coordinated jihadi attack with RPGs and machine guns.
Ambassador Rice said:
Susan Rice, US Ambassador to the UN: This is not a case of protests directed at the United States writ large or at U.S. policy. This is in response to a video that is offensive.
Wallace: You don't really believe that?
Susan Rice, US Ambassador to the UN: Chris, absolutely I believe that. Because, in fact, it is the case. We had the evolution of the Arab Spring over the last many months but what sparked the recent violence was the airing on the Internet of a very hateful very offensive video that has offended many people around the world. Now, our strong view is that there is no excuse for violence. It is reprehensible and never justified. But in fact there have been those in various parts of the world who have reacted with violence. Their governments have increasingly and effectively responded and protected our facilities and condemned the violence and this outrageous response to what is an offensive video. But there is no question what we have seen in the past with things like Satanic Verses and cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad there have been such things that have sparked outrage and anger and this has been the proximate cause.
Yes, Rice, it just so happened to be 911 and it just so happened to be a US Ambassador and it just so happened to ......
Rep. Mike Rogers, the House Intelligence Committee chairman, said the evidence pointed in the other direction, citing the style and coordination of the attack.
“I think it’s too early to make that conclusion,” Rogers said on the same show.“The way that the attack took place, I have serious questions. It seemed to be a military-style, coordinated. They had indirect fire coordinated with direct fire, rocket attacks. They were able to launch two different separate attacks on locations there near the consulate and they repelled a fairly significant Libyan force that came to rescue the embassy.”
Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., the ranking member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, also cast doubt on the administration’s claim that the violence in Libya was spontaneous.
“Most people don’t bring rocket propelled grenades and heavy weapons to a demonstration,” McCain said on CBS’s Face the Nation.“That was an act of terror. And for anyone to disagree with that fundamental fact, I think really is really ignoring the facts.”
Barack Obama and his minions are so used to controlling the press that they seem to think they can get away with anything. Thus, the eruption of anti-American riots from Morocco to Pakistan, beginning on September 11, is chalked up to a spontaneous eruption of entirely understandable Muslim distress over an otherwise-unknown YouTube video. Never mind the RPGs and machine guns. And when an American ambassador is murdered and dragged through the streets of Benghazi by a howling mob, not to worry: there was no negligence in failing to provide security; the ambassador, Chris Stevens, died essentially by accident from smoke inhalation; and his body was discovered by a group of friendly Libyans who rushed him to the hospital. Sure.
This is, I suspect, the first of many shoes that will be dropping over the coming days, to the great discomfort of the Obama administration."

"Al Qaeda ex-GITMO detainee was leader of Libya US Embassy attack and assassination of US Ambassador and US Diplomats
"Al Qaeda, ex-Gitmo detainee behind consulate attack, intelligence sources say" FOX News
Intelligence sources tell Fox News they are convinced the deadly attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was directly tied to Al Qaeda -- with a former Guantanamo detainee involved.
That revelation comes on the same day a top Obama administration official called last week's deadly assault a "terrorist attack" -- the first time the attack has been described that way by the administration after claims it had been a "spontaneous" act.
"Yes, they were killed in the course of a terrorist attack on our embassy," Matt Olsen, director of the National Counterterrorism Center, said during a Senate hearing Wednesday.
Olsen echoed administration colleagues in saying U.S. officials have no specific intelligence about "significant advanced planning or coordination" for the attack.
However, his statement goes beyond White House Press Secretary Jay Carney and Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, saying the Sept. 11 attack on the consulate was spontaneous. He is the first top administration official to call the strike an act of terrorism.
Sufyan Ben Qumu is thought to have been involved and even may have led the attack, Fox News' intelligence sources said. Qumu, a Libyan, was released from the U.S. prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in 2007 and transferred into Libyan custody on the condition he be kept in jail. His Guantanamo files also show he has ties to the financiers behind the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
Olson, repeating Wednesday that the FBI is handling the Benghazi investigation, also acknowledged the attack could lead back to Al Qaeda and its affiliates.
"We are looking at indications that individuals involved in the attack may have had connections to Al Qaeda or Al Qaeda's affiliates, in particular Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb," he said at the Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing.
Still, Olsen said "the facts that we have now indicate that this was an opportunistic attack on our embassy, the attack began and evolved and escalated over several hours," Olson said.
Carney said hours earlier that there still is "no evidence of a preplanned or pre-meditated attack," which occurred on the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks.
"I made that clear last week, Ambassador Rice made that clear Sunday," Carney said at the daily White House press briefing.
Rice appeared on "Fox News Sunday" and four other morning talk shows to say the attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans was "spontaneous" and sparked by an early protest that day outside the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, over an anti-Islamic video.
"It was a reaction to a video that had nothing to do with the United States," Rice told Fox News. "The best information and the best assessment we have today is that this was not a pre-planned, pre-meditated attack. What happened initially was that it was a spontaneous reaction to what had just transpired in Cairo."
However, that account clashed with claims by the Libyan president that the attack was in fact premeditated. Other sources, including an intelligence source in Libya who spoke to Fox News, have echoed those claims. The intelligence source even said that, contrary to the suggestion by the Obama administration, there was no major protest in Benghazi before the deadly attack which killed four Americans. A U.S. official did not dispute the claim."

"Obama's #epicfail: America 'was warned of embassy attack but did nothing'
Maybe if this epic failure of a President wasn't skipping over half of his daily intel meetings, maybe lives would have been saved. During 2011 and the first half of 2012, Obama's attendance at Presidential Daily Brief (PDB)— the meeting at which he is briefed on the most critical intelligence threats to the country.became even less frequent — was just over 38%. George W. Bush almost never missed his daily intelligence meeting.
Washington Post 911 (before the attacks) had this: PostScript: Thiessen, Obama and the daily intel briefings
By Rachel Manteuffel
Another 9/11 is upon us, and fittingly, one of the most-read stories on WashingtonPost.com is Marc Thiessen’s opinion/news jam about President Obama missing more than half of the daily intelligence briefings arranged for his benefit.
The enemedia, in the greatest act of perfidy in American history, is covering up, misleading and deceiving the American people in their furious campaign to re-elect the most dangerous President in American history.
The killings of the US ambassador to Libya and three of his staff were likely to have been the result of a serious and continuing security breach, The Independent can reveal.
American officials believe the attack was planned, but Chris Stevens had been back in the country only a short while and the details of his visit to Benghazi, where he and his staff died, were meant to be confidential.
The US administration is now facing a crisis in Libya. Sensitive documents have gone missing from the consulate in Benghazi and the supposedly secret location of the "safe house" in the city, where the staff had retreated, came under sustained mortar attack. Other such refuges across the country are no longer deemed "safe".
Some of the missing papers from the consulate are said to list names of Libyans who are working with Americans, putting them potentially at risk from extremist groups, while some of the other documents are said to relate to oil contracts.
According to senior diplomatic sources, the US State Department had credible information 48 hours before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi, and the embassy in Cairo, that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert and "lockdown", under which movement is severely restricted.
Eight Americans, some from the military, were wounded in the attack which claimed the lives of Mr Stevens, Sean Smith, an information officer, and two US Marines. All staff from Benghazi have now been moved to the capital, Tripoli, and those whose work is deemed to be non-essential may be flown out of Libya.
Senior officials are increasingly convinced, however, that the ferocious nature of the Benghazi attack, in which rocket-propelled grenades were used, indicated it was not the result of spontaneous anger due to the video, called Innocence of Muslims. Patrick Kennedy, Under-Secretary at the State Department, said he was convinced the assault was planned due to its extensive nature and the proliferation of weapons.
Senator Bill Nelson, a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said: "I am asking my colleagues on the committee to immediately investigate what role al-Qa'ida or its affiliates may have played in the attack and to take appropriate action."
An eight-strong American rescue team was sent from Tripoli and taken by troops under Captain Fathi al- Obeidi, of the February 17 Brigade, to the secret safe house to extract around 40 US staff. The building then came under fire from heavy weapons. "I don't know how they found the place to carry out the attack. It was planned, the accuracy with which the mortars hit us was too good for any ordinary revolutionaries," said Captain Obeidi. "It began to rain down on us, about six mortars fell directly on the path to the villa.""

Obama to Release Five Gitmo Taliban Detainees in Peace Deal With Terror Group

Another brilliant move by the community organizer in chief…
The Obama Administration will release five Gitmo Taliban detainees in a ‘peace’ deal with the Islamist terror group.
This comes two days after the Taliban murdered six British troups.

Five Taliban detainees held at the Guantanamo Bay military prison have agreed to be transferred to Qatar, a move Afghanistan believes will boost a nascent peace process, President Hamid Karzai’s spokesman said on Saturday.
The transfer idea is part of U.S. efforts to bring the Taliban to the negotiating table to avoid prolonged instability in Afghanistan after foreign combat troops leave the country at the end of 2014.
“We are hopeful this will be a positive step towards peace efforts,” Karzai’s spokesman Aimal Faizi told Reuters, adding the Taliban detainees would be re-united with their families in Qatar if the transfer takes place.
It would be one of a series of good-faith measures that could set in motion the first substantial political negotiations on the conflict in Afghanistan since the Taliban government was toppled in 2001 in a U.S.-led invasion.
A year after it was unveiled, the Obama administration’s peace initiative may soon offer the United States a historic opportunity to broker an end to a war that began as the response to the September 11, 2001, al Qaeda attacks on the United States."
Per the Taliban in Afghanistan, they released a statement re the movie and stated for people to kill Americans. "Violence linked to the film continued Saturday when insurgents attacked a heavily fortified NATO base in Afghanistan and killed at least two U.S. Marines. The Taliban later told the BBC the attack was a revenge for the film."

"The "secret safe house" was not so secret. According to reports, some of the "security" personnel of Libya assigned to protect the embassy, led the murderers to the secret safe house. "In the wake of reports that Libyan security personnel had directed terrorists to the building where U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and his staff were holed up, Yemen's President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi replaced security officials and some ministers late on Tuesday."
Article 22(2) of the VCDR [The 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations] provides:
2.The receiving State is under a special duty to take all appropriate steps to protect the premises of the mission against any intrusion or damage and to prevent any disturbance of the peace of the mission or impairment of its dignity.
1. Under international law, breaching the walls of an embassy is an invasion of the state in question, in other words an act of war. 2. Under international law, a host state is obligated to protect embassies and persons therein, whether they are allies or not, so long as they have diplomatic relations. 3. Under international law, a state has an obligation to protect its embassy, ambassador, staff, and visitors from hostile invaders, including by deadly force if necessary.
With these points in mind, two things are abundantly clear. First, two host states (Libya and Egypt) have failed their obligations under international law. There should be significant repurcussions from the U.S. Second, the Obama regime has failed thus far to assert the rights of the U.S. under international law. The Marines in Egypt were even prohibited by the American Ambassador from having ammunition for their rifles."

Reid lied and said Romney had not paid any taxes for 12 years and it was told to him by a secret person - that secret person is an echo in his own head. You can tell this was an Obama put up scheme to get what he wanted and now he is disappointed - and wants more tax returns - what a LIAR.
