Which shows you exactly how much of a "parliamentary democracy" Iran is, as well as the fact that Ahmadingdongdaddy is a kept pet of the Mullahs and still has their approval.

Of course, they may feel they can't remove him in the middle of their confrontation with Israel and the West, which is understandable, but they need to consider he's helping to drive the crisis, not merely responding to it.

In short, he's a nutball, as is his opposite number Netanyahooooo...

I agree that he's as nutty as a bag of chestnuts.
.
however........, it should be kept in mind that as of August 2013, he's no longer president, and will not be allowed to run again.
which is probably why they decided not to question him.
they all knew what sanctions would do to their economy, and they all knew that nuclear research would result in sanctions.

Good point about his status as President.

I personally despise the sanctions and do not believe them justified...in fact they're pretty obviously the work of Israel and it's manipulated senior partners, the U.S. and Europe.

His craziness aside, he's actually done quite a bit for the betterment of his citizens.
.
and I agree that the sanctions are unjustified.
the entire Iranian government has said repeatedly that they are doing research for nuclear power, but they aren't allowed (?!?!?) WTF is that about?
so the countries that already have nuclear warheads come in and tell them they cant even do research because Iran is a danger?
how is Iran in any position to attack anyone?
there are more than 40 US military bases currently surrounding Iran, I hardly think they're a threat.
.
it's all just politics, and BS.
the reality that they are one of a handful of countries that refuses to become a part of the Rothschild bank says more than anything else.
