That's just garbage.He exempted China because he knew they weren't going to follow the sanctions anyway and there wasn't anything he could do about it.

I keep thinking the American people will wake up and realize that our Government does nothing but lie to us. China has not cut back one barrel but the American people need to beat their chest and think that we are the baddest mammy jammy on the planet.
What if we are not? What if we have already been taken over by International Banksters who are bleeding us dry and intentionally collapsing our economy so that they can come back in here and buy this Country up for a penny on the dollar?
