The weathermen are regularly reporting on the latest developments and the governors of the affected states have already taken action.(Schools, subways, stock market all closed down. People evacuated to higher ground, etc. Even Commonweath Edison has sent additional teams to help with anticipated power outages.)

At this point Obama is irrelevant. He may as well go back to campaigning or golfing or whatever he has been doing for the past three and a half years that has kept him away from his office.
