WOW!!! is FINALLY at the Supreme Court..Is the Jobs Bill alongside of it also?? Why is this even being considered when re-elections are on the agenda for a new President?? wouldn't ya think the new president may have some new ideas of clarification with all that is being reviewed? Sounds like a sneak attack on Obama's part...get it passed, HIS WAY. is he counting on this Health bill as his reassurance to be re-elected?? wonders may never cease..

Unless the Supreme Court rules on the law in its present form, the President (Obama or a new one) can't do anything about it. Congress makes the laws. The Supreme Court can rule on it's constitutionality. I just hope they strike the whole thing down.
