How would Republicans fix health care?

Republicans need to push the tax issue and mandates or unfunded mandates.

They also need to control costs and fraud especially when it comes to hospital billing. They need to make sure patients with or without insurance have an advocate and/or financial counseling. They need to incentivize programs and policies like the doctor in Camden centralizing services in needed areas.

What ever they do it must emphasize choice and/or options for the patients and doctors. If either one doesn't want to participate in insurance based medicine then fine.

Back to actual fixes or changes to health CARE.

Would it be worth it to have more PAs, nurses and techs do more of the work simply to speed things along if nothing else.

Must admit I'm leary of giving non medical doctors alot power on medical decisions. And alot of non doctors act or think they know but don't. They know the book and numbers but do they really know or understand what a patient can or can't get away with. I've had 1 year old cars they couldn't get up to spec number wise yet a decade later they are still running fine.

But I've seen doctors and practices have a really efficient operation, almost too efficient set up for production and not necessarily time with the patient with the staff doing everything except for the 2 minutes the doctors spends with you. But as long as you ask questions or need help they are there.

Is giving some of the medical support professions such as pas, nurses, techs etc be a way to reduce costs on the 300 dollar 2 minute office visit or ER drive by.

Republicans are simply NOT allowed to pull the "WHEN WE FIGURE OUT HOW TO PAY FOR IT" Card every second we exist under bush era tax breaks that were extended without "figuring out how to pay for it" Republicans have to account for their own "entitlement" program before they get to bitch about other entitlement programs
