President Obama still holds out hope that the majority of the US Supreme Court Justices will review the history of the political struggle for universal healthcare that dates back to American President Theodore Roosevelt;a Republican.

"It was once said that the moral test of government is how that government treats those who are in the dawn of life, the children; those who are in the twilight of life, the elderly; and those who are in the shadows of life, the sick, the needy and the handicapped" ~Hubert H. Humphrey, 1968 Democratic Presidential election primary

"In the heat of our campaigns, we have all become accustomed to a little anger and exaggeration. Yet, on the whole, our political process has served us well."

Edmund S Muskie In other words, don't reject so easily the well-intentioned and public-minded efforts of Congress to agree on passing the Affordable Care Act.

The last time I checked I do not think it passed by a "strong majority". I think it barely passed, even though the dems had to bribe several of their own members to secure their vote for the crappy bill. "Strong Majority" this president continually lies and exagerates. He is a bald-face liar.

Yes! Unconstitutional!!

And they had to STEAL Senate Elections in Minnesota and Alaska to do it.

Plus Not even read the bill:

Then GRANT 100's of Obamacare exemptions to, in quite a few places, to Obama's own supporters.

FINALLY the CBO says it gonna cost TRILLIONS more then first estimated.

The Supreme Court could do the United States alot of good by scraping this.

@Colorado Chick,"
is this like the situation in Iran where you pay a million bucks for a couple of hikers." And you'd put a price tag on an American life? Like the George W Bush price of $1 trillion + dollars and over 30,000 lives lost in Iraq to capture and kill Sadaam Hussein for lying about 'phantom weapons of mass destruction'?

at all private golf courses.

All Justices must allow one third of year to allow sick people in homes or be fined.

Are there any regular justices?

Is this sick thing like quartering soldiers in private homes tax and money-wise?

I don't understand the issues just yet. It's a big pork pie as far as I can see.

The "Affordable care act" has already caused skyrocketing health care costs for those of us who foot the bills!
Affordable to whom? that is the question? The elderly had medicare. The poor had medicaid. The left supports infanticide so obviously it is not the "dawn" or babies they care about.
It is a scam, whether or not it is proven unconstitutional.

It's the only health care system we've had since the great depression.

SMH, stop trusting politicians, you'll be better off that way. Whether it be the president, or the "rebellious" GOP candidates, they're all the same at the end of the day, about the dollars and reelection. Accept that now, or wait to be disapointed, as we always are, regardless of party.

Typical. No logical reasoning to support your obamabot opinion, so just call names or use personal attacks that are baseless.

What are you talking about? Same since the depression?? Have you been in a coma?
Who said anything about trusting any party?
Don't just spout off things that aren't logical. I don't understand what you are trying to say, but it has no relation to my comment at all.
I've seen first hand how the insurance companies re reacting to the act.
If you think the "Act" hasn't already had repercussions, well.. then you apparently are not paying any premiums or deductibles. Exactly what are YOU basing your comments on?

I hate Obama too. I don't trust politicians at all, you're an idiot for 1.) assuming opposition to the fascist GOP Party of American Division automatically meant I love Obama, and 2.)being mindlessly loyal to politicians, who just say everything that you want to hear, but do absolutely nothing for you.

Learn a new line, fascist, it suits you well. SMH, humanity disappoints me.
