"As part of a special publication devoted to the case, the ABA surveyed a group of veteran observers and asked them to predict the outcome. The results? Eighty-five percent predicted that the court will uphold the law."

Uh-huh, your hand-selected 'veteran observers' say so. Go figure, ABA. If they're members of the ABA, nine out of ten are liberal/progressive/democrat. The proof is on the ABA Journal web site in the comments section and in many of the articles. What the hell did you expect they'd say?

obama doesn’t own the courts, yet. If I were him, I’d have Joe Biden argue the case.

Mandated Healthcare is unconstitional. Also, our representatives are supposed to represent the people not themselves and/or their personal agendas.

Also, welfare reform should have been before healthcare reform. It goes to show how incompetent our government is. Also, the fact the government has our country trillion dollars in debt is still proof that government shouldn't control healthcare.

We has a country is going to have to do something about the cost of healthcare Giving a doctor a blank check to charge what he wants and these drug co.Raping the people for every dime of money we got.Plus the gas producer doing the samething there has got to be a end to this shit.I say make the doctor be in competition like every other business in america the price would go down then. These drug co. put a cap on what they can and cannot charge for certain drugs.Has for gas tell them rag head basturd they are going to look funny eating sand cut there money we give them to make bombs with.Who has ever heard of buying followship let the basturd earn it.

"President Barack Obama’s healthcare initiative is the biggest attempt at a government overreach in U.S. history, Pam Bondi, Florida’s attorney general, who is leading the fight against the program, tells Newsmax.TV....

And that is why Bondi is confident the Supreme Court will vote to overturn the Affordable Care Act after three days of hearings next week."

Poll: Majority of Americans don't want this phony take over of our freedoms in the form of Obamacare...

The poll, released late Thursday, found that 50 percent of voters and 51 percent of independent voters want the high court to overturn President Obama’s controversial healthcare reform law. In contrast, only 39 percent of voters and 37 percent of independent voters do not want the high court to take action.

Why oh why is the approval----yes approval
rating so high for this impeachable president
of ours?

If the Nov election were held tomorrow
money-bags democrats---who aren't democrats
anymore, but dino communists---would sweep
the house, senate, and executive office!

Why are the polls saying this?

So, if the health care law is ruled on by
the high court and not set aside until
someone gets a fine....the only hope
right now is for the election to overturn
and throw the commies out.

Then let the conservatives repeal
the last three years of total wasted time.
