Good. Doctors can charge more too. I am looking to invest into an area clinic of some sort.

I highly doubt it. ERs are ALWAYS clogged with people who should have went to doctor's office but didn't because of no insurance. I don't see how giving them insurance is going to make it worse, and may even make it better.

Romney Care caused a doctor shortage in Mass with in two years of enactment. Nurse Practitioners were given some authority to act as primary care providers.
In 2012 6 years into Romney Care they had to EXPAND the role of nurse practitioners and physician assistants as primary care providers-again.

Nurse Practitioners already have that authority in KY as long as a doctor signs off on certain things.
