The best possible outcome will be a decision that forces the what & how much is paid rather than who will pay for it. This act or law is doing nothing but throwing money at a problem enabling the junkies hooked on a someone else is paying for system like crack.

True free market medical care and medical insurance will help control costs. Those employed by or doing business with the health care & healt insurance industry have made a living based on a voluntarily system of using third party reimbursement for paying bills. This system has gone from used/abused to flatout exploited gouging patients, businesses and providers alike. They feel entitled.

What and how much is paid should take precedent over who will pay for it. There will much more disclosure with true competition.
