it doesn't violate anything. And yes they are a part of the church and their faith. The establishment clause doesn't apply. You are wrong. And the church will not buy BC for anyone. And little Barry obammy doesn't have to like it.
Hey lying filth, their secular employees don't wish to be beholden to the RCC's theocratic misogyny.

The RCC already is not having to pay for the birth control. The insurance companies accommodated the RCC bigots in dresses. But that wasn't good enough for the sick misogynists.

They get tax money, they're open to the public, they're places of public accommodation. Hey stupid rube, do you understand that "place of public accommodation" is a legal term?

Still sniffling about my name calling, you pos? Start complaining about drug addict, Rush L.'s use of invective then. You mentally ill, woman hating freeek.

I see you changed names but you still can't discuss the issues. Why can't you discuss the issues? Stock with the issues at hand.
Why bother with trolls? Never providing a source, they spew their silliness.

I have faith, if you will, the issue will be moot when the individual mandate is judged unconstitutional, but if obamacare somehow makes it on the books, then a number of new lawsuits from states will be filed dealing with the regulations created by it since its enactment. The BC issue is one of those regulations and so may become part of the larger action.

From the NYT, 6/7/12, "More than two-thirds of Americans hope the Supreme Court will overturn some or all of the 2010 health care law, according to a new poll conducted by The New York Times and CBS News. Just 24 percent said they hoped the court “would keep the entire health care law in place.”

What that says to me is the populations will be more inclined to vote for Romney in order to dump a program they pretty much despise. He'll issue a nationwide waiver, or maybe an Executive order ala Obama, a kill the program.

I'm sure any new proposal will explicitly exempt faith based organizations from paying for coverage they find objectionable.

Hey lying filth, there is no question these RCC hospitals and universities have secular employees. There is no question these institutions receive taxpayer dollars in all manner of ways.

No source is required.

The only problem is that you don't accept this isn't a theocracy - that the government may not "establish" one religion's beliefs over those of any other or over a lack of religious belief by its policies or by funding.

These are institutions serving and employing the general public. They are not houses of worship. They are not religious institutions.
