Health care reform: Freedom for disgruntled workers?

I don't think you have to be disgruntled. Like the article says, this would provide more mobility and flexibility for workers who lock themselves into a job for the health insurance benefits. At my age I would like a less stressful job, even if it means less pay. But I can't afford to lose my insurance. I can't afford to take a job with a smaller company that doesn't offer the kind of benefits my employer does now.
It would just be nice to have choices.
