From SCOTUSblog:

"The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read."

It went through...amazing.

Yeah...maybe monkeys will fly out Mittens' butt, too. But hey, you can still dream of denying millions of people access to healthcare, I guess....if that's your dream.

It seems that that's what Republicanism means these days, enriching the rich and denying the poor and middle class.

This Supreme Court is the most disgracefully radical with right-wing nuts that spew fox news talking points during hearings and in decisions… Bush v Gore began the decline in the perception by the American people as seeing the judiciary branch as impartial and had this been overturned it would have been seen as activist looking to undermine the Black President where the right-wing congress and right-wing propaganda TV and radio couldn’t. I am so happy right now. This is a huge win for President Obama and every patriotic American that voted for this great President in 2008.

YES!!!!!!!!!!

Or we could read and listen and politely discuss with others why a Conservative like Justice Roberts ruled most of the law Constitutional. Perhaps this healthcare law is NOT the worst idea in the world. But that will require us to think about ideas rather than attack personalities and spout slogans, as most people seem to do these days instead.

I can hear your frustration, but still, there's no need to be diagreeable just because you disagree.

Montana & Texas. And the civil war proved that the states could secede. Because they made then reapply for admission.

They had to reapply because they were guilty of treason and sedition, among other things.

Funny that nutball Righties are already babbling about 'secession' over provinding health care to everyone. Just amazing. That's what you guys are all about these days though, isn't it?
