Only a dimwit as he. Higher unemployment to come and less qualified employed under this system and the same rate of pay as a more qualified individual. Free markets in general eliminate such a hidden cost from occuring.

Well if the Administration said it's not a tax then what does the Supreme Court know.

Not very much since they would consider, sanction and legalize the act and transmission of what amounts to a modern day black death around the world and even allow said plague to be taught as acceptable behavior to young children.
There will come a day.

the only people that will be subject to this tax, formerly known as a penalty, will be those that choose to not get coverage.
and..., it'll come out of the yearly tax refund.
.
so, in theory, if you opt-out of insurance, and don't file taxes, them it wont affect you at all.

is no such thing as a free market and the idea that a free market reveals hidden costs is crazy. Big business is subsidized to the hilt and most of the costs of externalities to the rest of us are never accounted for on the balance sheet.

So a responsible person willing to work and have their own insurance still has to pay for others dependency on govt and irresponsibilities or misfortunes. Not to mention that big govt, through unions, taxes, fees, regulations and banks are sucking the lives out of all of us. Tax refunds used to be fun, not for much longer apparently.

tax refunds will only be fun if you claim "zero" dependents on your W2 form.
