Krauthammer is right, we have too many republicans who forgot their core values of smaller government, less taxes, and less PUBLIC DEBT!-- And that's 16.4 TRILLION DOLLARS, and 4 BILLION DOLLARS added each and every day by this administration.
What 'BS'=Barry Soetoro is trying to float, is nothing but a distraction from the REAL problem of DEBT, and his addiction to other peoples money.
It's not rocket science that this president is over his head in addressing complex issues of running government that requres a background in leadership and fiscal matters, which he has neither. The country is on fire, and all he can think of is his next vacation and golf game. Maybe he thinks this will serve as another distraction for his ineptness?
Yes, our founders warned us of what would happen with unscrupulous characters running government - leading us off of a REAL FISCAL CLIFF OF DEBT that can't mathematically be paid off.....
"A departure from principle becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering And the fore horse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression."-Thomas Jefferson
"We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt."- Thomas Jefferson
"Allow a government to decline paying its debts and you overthrow all public morality you unhinge all the principles that preserve the limits of free constitutions.Nothing can more affect national prosperity than a constant and systematic attention to extinguish the present debt and to avoid as much as possibly the incurring of any new debt.-Alexander Hamilton
Buckle-Up, it's gonna get a hell of a lot worse in the next 4 years....guaranteed!

The whole point of the fiscal cliff is when the fiscal cliff is cleared and we jump over it, we are getting rid of all the accounting gimmicks, the temporary stings of things that allow Congress to pretend it's being fiscally responsible when it's not.
A lot of taxes will go up but taxes will go up on everybody, not injure the guy around the tree that's paying for everything but everyone will have to pay. And then folks will realize the government we are voting for costs us money too.
Trillion dollars deficits every year as far as the eye can see, that's a tax on our kids, our grandchildren, on people who have saved their whole lives and done the responsible things.
The liberals feel like they can have all this spending but not pay for it themselves. So going over the fiscal cliff, at least, we are all sharing in the responsibility of paying for the big government we (a very slim majority)seem to want.
