I wonder how much of this Obama will put taxpayers on the hook for.

The tax payers bailed out GM. Vote for the same you get thae same. Hay get all your friends to buy another manufacturers auto. I'm sure you will teach GM a lesson.

the fact that GM1went bankrupt,says alot about doing business in america,the fact that GM2,FORD has 6 plants in china. have spent billions in china on manufacturing,says a lot also,VW will be spending some 60 billion in russia, mexico and china says even more. with 89% of autos manufactured in the usa with a foreign surname.says even more.my conclusion is THE U.S.is not ahead of the curve , government is a one size FITS NOBODY ,anymore.

well i know that , and you know that but .most people look at micro economics {their own little world}. but the macro economics ,seems to elude many.. so how are things in china, enlighten the masses

WHAT THE FREAK?? WHAT about America?? This company GM has turned on it's own country..all for the LOVE OF PROFIT..Ya know, they are ONE of MANY who have chosen to set up shop in China. Boy oh Boy...

Why not? China is the world's largest auto market. Companies need to survive.
