Bush? He got rid of the CIA team, named Alec Station, that was searching for Bin Laden. Bush also famously was quoted as saying "I don’t know where he is. I really just don’t spend that much time on him, to be honest with you." about Bin Laden in 2002.
Bush had nothing to do with it. The Navy Seals on the other hand, followed OBAMA's order and got the job done.

It was President Bush's tough on terrorists policies that were already in place and continued under Oblahblah's watch.

Obama had no choice but to give the green light, any other sitting President would've done the same if his generals told him now is the time to strike, we got him.

Romney would have wet himself, then gone and asked a Church Elder what to do.

It's a FACT that Romney attacked then-Senator Obama in 2005 for saying that he'd go into Pakistan to get bin Laden if he had to. So there's excellent reason to think that Romney would've done nothing, contrary to current GOP whines on the subject.

Pathetic lies. Bush had nothing to do with the attack and successful take-out of bin Laden; Obama gave the order and it was carried out.

Bush FAILED FOR 7 YEARS. You can't admit that, so you lie.

Romney is now claiming the auto bankruptcy and bailout were his idea – huh? There is that small pesky problem, Romney’s formal bankruptcy idea could not have happened as there were no bridge lenders willing to fund the reorganization. The bit that is really outrageous from the Romney camp is that they would now have us conveniently ignore that they just spent nearly a year rabidly denouncing everything about the government led reorganization. Now they want to take credit for the idea? I guess in Romney’s etch-a-sketch world that makes sense, although it’s amazing they can keep a straight face while saying it.

Bush's alleged "toughness" on terrorism (mostly involving starting stupid, pointless wars and changing the color of alerts to suit his political needs) never included taking out bin Laden. He FAILED. For SEVEN YEARS.

At least even a liar like you finally had to admit that Obama green-lighted the operation. Thanks for confessing your earlier lie!:)

Obama is a member of the anti-military, anti-war party, he opposed the war in Iraq. His kook base consists of anti-war whiners like the FemiNazis of Code Pinko....

He even banned the term War on Terror ...said it was offensive.

and now he wants to take credit for Bin Laden's death??

Heh, laughable.

Asshattery at its best:
The fact that Obama got Binny Laden really ticks off the right-wingnuz morons, after all, the war on terror belongs to them how dare the Democrats are making it their own. How dare a Democratic President bragging on his own signal WoT accomplishment is something they can’t handle, it strikes them as deeply unfair and has plunged them into despair.

are pro-war and pro-attacking irrelevant countries?

Face it - the concept of a "war on terror" IS stupid and the president's handling of national defense has been masterful in comparison with Bush Cheney.

His handling of national defense IS Bush Cheney, stupid.

He never had a plan of his own.

Youre too dumb to know that.

Really? Bush's tough on terrorist policies that did away with Alec Station? He fought a war for oil and used terrorism as the excuse.
It's amazing how you want to give Bush credit for something that took place 2 1/2 years AFTER he left office, but not give Bush any blame for an economy that tanked while he was still in office.

Yeah, it's that same anti-military party that keeps trying to boost benefits to military personnel while the GOP tries to cut their benefits and pay.
He didn't ban the war on terror, he just stopped using the stupid term. Terrorism is a tactic not a group or country.

nothing is more anti-military than being pro war.
Soft on terrorism? Not so tough on the terrorists. Because Obama got a lot more of the big ones in 3 years than Bush in 8.
