Why is it that our national debt keeps getting bigger, but the candidates for President have already gathered $2 billion in campaign contributions. God knows how much is being spent on all the other campaigns. Why not limit political campaigns to the Voter's Pamphlet and spend all that money repaying the debt?

better yet sell the 10,000,000 ,,, 10 million public housing units that cost $ 200,000 each ,and use the 2 ,000,000,000,000 .... 2trillion to pay for our debt.not to mention the 40 billion or more they would pay in county taxes every year, not to mention the insurance, repairs, and all the other costs that the county tax payers now pay for.
