premediatated murder with cold blood. Poor innocent women and girls just like poor tousends of another innocent people, who have lost their life in such cruel way.
When will global mass murderers, war criminals from usa bring to justice for this cruel crime against humanity?

I do not believe it is premediated, there is never any intent to have these sorts of accidents happen, they are not planned to target these types of civilians, just as automobile accidents are not intentional. But I suppose it is easier to make those kind of calculated judgments and decision when you are not in a war zone.
