Reform proposals will not help Thailand

I was profoundly saddened to read the National Reform Assembly proposal as it does not mention restoring freedom of speech, reforming the lese majeste law, the defamation laws, the Royal Thai police or the military.

sure its will .mind you that people just so worry of how to talk when they in Thailand { Jail for insult}
