The Tourism Authority of Thailand is tackling a growing scandal surrounding a series of video clips they say damaged the country's tourist-friendly image.

Most likely accurate information in these videos,,,, Thailand may have never been tourist friendly ... but if it was it was a very long time ago, I often wonder why people come to Thailand,, I'm thinking the answer must be they don't know the truth yet.

My first trip there in 1986, there were alot less scams and it was more tourist friendly. Last July, was about my tenth time and the party is definatley over....scams, bad attitudes, its possibly not the place it once was.....

Well I have been to many countrys around the world I visted Thailand in January. Traveled alone. Made a couple friends but felt very safe love the food the country and the hospitality. Sure you will run into a scam here and there but this happens every where in the world some/
