In March this year, as aka.tv reported at the time, GSBC said it was to be acquired by Nevada-registered Digicurve, a tiny adult-Website firm traded on the U.S. OTCBB market. The move was widely seen as a way for GSBC to gain a presence on the stock market. Digicurve in June said it would change its name to GSBC Global Technologies Inc. and seek a new ticker symbol reflecting this. However, the change appears not to have taken place.
Meanwhile, GSBC, which in the past has named an impressive roll-call of executives and associates, has also ceased trumpeting those connections. GSBC turned into Fightersoft, the company Ronald Flynn is now promoting in the same bombastic style as GSBC. This is a quote from Fightersofts SEC filing 10QSB on february 2 2008:
"As of the date of this Form 10-QSB, the current funds available to the Company will not be sufficient to continue maintaining a reporting status. The cost to maintain the reporting status of the Company for the next twelve months has been estimated at $15,000. In order to pay expenses during the next twelve months, the Company will be required to borrow funds or sell equity or a combination of both in order to continue to make pay its expenses. However, there is no contract in place or written agreement to provide this funding."
Not really something you would invest your money in.
