Davis Cup - Henman handed Ljubicic test

I feel sad to learn that Ljubicic has had problems with kidney stones, and could not play in London for Croatia.(But at least he didn't defeat Henman in Tim's final professional match.)

Now we need a healthy Ancic, and the Croatian Federation must continue to cultivate the talents of young Marin Cilic. I'm sad that the Cup winners from 2005 got knocked out of the World Group. But still, what a glorious 2005 it was!

What a disappointment! I was hoping TENNIS CHANNEL would show the DAVIS CUP match between Geat Britain and Croatia. Ljubicic and Henman are two elegant players. Neither of them do anything to distract their opponents, which is a rarity today. The match between Germany and Russia was exciting but nothing could match Croatia's 2005 run to the championship. I'm so sorry to hear of Ivan's illness.(He is my favorite player because of his beautiful play and court demeanor.)
