Rafa deserves to be the next number 1. He was ahead as the 2007 year number 1 for the first half of the year until he had injury worries. I think he has proven that he is a worthy number 1 of the future. As Mary Eileen said he has been number 2 now for 3 consecutive years, a record in itself. I hope he makes the final at the Australian Open next year and has an injury free season in 2008. Vamos Rafa....I think you are awsome....

In order to be number 1 Rafa must first and foremost believe in himself 100%. He must think positively all the time that he's going to be number one. It's like letting the "law of attraction" work for him. Especially during a match, he must not think negative thoughts and let his mental strength rise above his physical strength.
