Djokovic is a good player but I have long been fed uppp with all the comments about his "likability", most if which seem to be made by people who don't know him.
Those who do know him, like Sharapova and and Djoko's erstwhile coach Mark Woodforde, seem less impressed. Consider Sharapova's recent remarks that Djoko's much-vaunted imitations are "boring", and Woodforde's remarks about Djoko doing his utmost to play to the crowd.
I have to respect Djokovic, but I don't like any of his personalities, from comedian, to the latest version,-- complete with excessive grimaces and fistppumps -- a style that -- for want of a better term -- can be called Alpha Male.
Djokovic has gone far and will no doubt continue to do so. Too bad that character - or in his case the lack of it -- has little impact on the game.
