When are these "cheapskates" in New York going
to put a roof over their tennis courts like Wimbledon ?
This is the 3rd year the finals have had a rain delay which must be very expensive for the public and many have to go back to work and miss the finals.

When are these "cheapskates" in New York going to put a roof over the tennis courts ( like Wimbledon ) after taking millions $$$$ and putting extra cost of another overnight on all the folk attending , or having to return home to work and missing an important final.
