HiBeam internet (aka N1-Networks) has already started ignoring customers in their other markets. It will be only a matter of time before they are not answering phones, locking their stores, and shutting down in all their markets.
They have laid off the majority of their staff in Peoria and from the way they have been treating their customers in Southern Illinois I think they will be closing up shop in Herrin, West Frankfort, and Benton before too long.
Go to their Facebook and click the "+others" button on the top of their wall. Some folks are seeing the writing on the wall. HiBeams response, "We need more money to keep offering service". Sketchy at best.

And then they went out of business again.
They have every reason to be proud..
