I am a student doing pjt in MIMO. Could anobody tell me if SVD MIMO can be used if #Tx and Rx antennas ar e not equal?

Dear All,

I am a student doing my Master degree and I am trying to finish my dissertation. Could anybody tell me where I could find information specifically for (a water-filling algorithm in MIMO systems)? Where can I find Master thesis or Dissertations in MIMO systems? I am not interested in Papers or Journals because I have plenty of them.
