installing the graphics drivers on this piece of garbage linux os

I been working on this pce of garbage for a week and cant get my resolution above 800x600 and if I anstall the invidia drivers included with the disk it reduces the resolution even farther... what a pce of freaking garbage. Cant even get it set up right to see if I like the sh*t great job folk and oh yeah its great for the average desktop user NOT!!!!

Linux can be more technical. I would say you need to continue blowing Bill Gates Foundation.

Calm down Ken. When you install windows all you get is a generic driver..

If you post what machine you are installing the OS to and the OS you are installing i am quite certain i can help you out. Also after install put it on the web, the update manager will have new drivers for you.

When you have a problem with something try the forums for the OS you are installing. Every question i have ever had was answered in the forums. Try that with Micro$haft.

It is not the fault of the OS maker it is the hardware designer.
