First time i feel problem taking U turn before eight years but know a days i can not walk even stand.dr.said that a few cells of my cereblum has been died and it is incurable.is it right?

Sir first time i feel problem taking U turn. but know a days i can't walk even stand.Dr.said that a few cells of my Brain(cereblum)has died.They said it is incurable in whole world.....is it right?
