Tomorrow there is a very significant legislation ruling in Texas (prompted by Gov Perry and his use of stem cells during spinal fusion surgery) which if passed will allow the use of stem cell therapy in Texas under a few conditions. How will this effect the patients and the stem cell industry?

As a spinal injury patient myself who has near religiously looked into cure and improvement research I'm very excited about this. I've done much research on stem cells and it's a promising potential cure for many of our problems. It needs to have a lot more research done on it and I'm glad Texas is going to become hopefully a world leader in research and implementation of stem cells.
