I recently had AV 2009 on my computer. I used malwarebytes to remove it, but I am still getting an application memory error associated with ocqkmoc.exe. I have located the program in the C:drive and i can see the process running in the task manager, but I cannot stop the process or remove it. Even HiJackThis cannot remove the process. I've tried disabling it in the start up and deleting it in the registry, but nothing works. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks, V |

When using Malwarebytes, you need to do the scan in safe mode by doing the following:
1. When your computer is starting, press F8 Repeatedly 2. Choose "Start in Safe Mode" 3. Run your virus/anti-spyware scan and clean the infections. 4. Reboot your computer as normal. |
