litesong wrote: <quoted text> Without mentioning the obvious once in a lifetime temporary but extended 2 year solar minimum, radiating energy at 2 parts per 1000 BELOW normal, or the simultaneous low cycle of the PDO & La Nina, the denier global cooling movement is an obvious erroneous attempt to say that the 3 thousand thousand thousand thousand thousand KGs of man-made emissions of infra-red absorbing CO2 do NOT absorb CO2. With all the cooling events that have simultaneously occurred, it is surprising that Earth is warm as it is. In this year, the Northwest went through 5.5 months of warming that even set record temperatures for day & early morning temperatures. Likewise, Australia had two summers of extreme & record temperatures, both day & early morning. Also, ocean temperatures have been the highest of recorded temperatures. Deniers are deniers......namely, nothing to have any major part to say in AGW proper science. So deniers, immensely enjoy your temporary solar minimum, & your low cycle of PDO & La Nina......your laughter shall end with the ending of these simultaneous, but geologically short-lived events. Actually who said it was temporary cooling cycle. This is the time frame the last two interglacieral periods peaked in temerature and started cooling. You have been in denial of the fat that the earth has warmed and cooled many time in it's history and insist that it could not be doing it on it's own. You insist that it has to be man because you want it to be. You deny that nature has been providing climate change like the every other time. Talk about the one in denial. Denying the past so that you can feel like you matter. And no one ever said that CO2 absorbs CO2. ANd CO2 cannot absorb infra red energy unless the sun produces it.

Obama Has Failed the World on Climate Change By Christian Schwägerl
US President Barack Obama came to office promising hope and change. But on climate change, he has followed in the footsteps of his predecessor George W. Bush. Now, should the climate summit in Copenhagen fail, the blame will lie squarely with Obama...

This comes from someone who thinks wind drift allows the US to put out more CO2 than any other country (except China) and have RECORD low temps. Like a CO2 graph that only allows for 150 years, say instead of 2000.

Mammals have been on the Earth for over 200 million years. We evoloved with climate change, higher CO2 levels won't destroy us.

This is where, "we" are wrong, I've never taken much notice of any politics or politicians in my life, left, right wing or even those who take the middle ground. They're all in it to fulfill their own greed. You really should try thinking for yourself and not go along with the, "we" crowd.

You should read the science instead of thinking for yourself because you seemingly do not have the tools necessary to "figure" out things for yourself. Common sense tells one that heavy objects should fall faster than lighter ones. But that is not the case. Science has shown that acceleration due to gravity is equal for all objects in the macro world. Sometimes "common" sense fails. The object of the article was that number of 450 scientists against global warming is meaningless and even dead wrong in many cases.

RIGHT! and you follow Al Gore, whom uses CGI graphics in a "documentary". He now says the center of the earth is millions of degrees. So your main mouthpiece seems to think the center of our earth is as hot or hotter than the sun!
