Judge it!
Who wants to waste $15 on an entire album that only has 1 or 2 good songs on it, then people will limit downloading only the 1 song they want.
Besides, aren't most of these whiny progressive artists doing it just for their "art"?
OIC, they're just doing it for "expression" and their "art" until they start losing money.
